An opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton on a permanent full-time basis.

 

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated previous success in a busy administration role, exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in the garage door industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.

The perfect candidate should be team-focused and capable of quickly leveraging their prior administration and customer service expertise.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service and company representation when attending to a high volume of customer enquiries both over the telephone and in person
  • Provide administrative support for the Rockhampton Branch
  • Assist and support the Branch Manager and other branch staff with all administrative duties
  • General AD HOC duties

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a similar position within a similar sized company
  • A high level of verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to go that extra mile
  • Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision as well as a part of a team in a fast changing environment
